It depends on the service. Screen printing works best for larger runs — typically 10 or more items — as each colour requires a separate screen to be set up. Embroidery and Direct-to-Film (DTF) have no minimum and are great for one-off or small orders. Get in touch and we'll advise which option suits your quantity best.
Turnaround times vary depending on the service and the size of your order. As a general guide, most orders are completed within 7–14 working days once artwork is approved. If you have a deadline, let us know upfront and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
For the best results we recommend vector files — AI, EPS, or PDF. These scale without any loss of quality. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files (300dpi or above). If you're unsure, just send us what you have and we'll let you know if it works. We can also help with basic artwork adjustments.
We can do both. We have access to a range of quality blank garments from leading brands and can source them for you. Alternatively, if you have specific garments you'd like to use, you're welcome to supply them — just check with us first to make sure they're suitable for printing or embroidery.
Screen printing uses physical stencils and ink pressed through a mesh screen — it produces bold, slightly raised prints and is most cost-effective for larger quantities with fewer colours. DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a digital process that prints full-colour designs onto a film and transfers them to the garment. DTF handles complex, multicolour designs with no minimum order. Not sure which is right for you? Ask us.
Yes, always. We'll send you a digital proof for approval before any production begins. Nothing goes into print until you're happy with how it looks. We want you to love the finished product as much as we do.
Simple — fill in our online quote form. Tell us what service you need, what garments, how many, and upload your artwork if you have it. We'll come back to you with pricing as quickly as possible. Quotes are always free and there's no obligation to proceed.
We offer both. Local customers are welcome to collect from us on the North Coast. We can also arrange delivery across Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK. Delivery costs will be confirmed when we send your quote.
Absolutely. We work with everyone — from businesses and sports clubs needing bulk orders, to individuals wanting a one-off custom piece. No job is too big or too small. If you have an idea, we'd love to help bring it to life.
We take quality seriously and always approve a proof before production, so issues are rare. But if something isn't right, get in touch with us straight away and we'll work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is the whole point.
